Click the button to confirm or decline the dormitory assignment before 12:00 PM on August 28. Failure to select by this deadline will be considered a decline of the dormitory offer.

  • More female students are on the waiting list for the dormitory this time. To expedite accommodation arrangements for those on the list, if one is willing to move into Downtown Women's 4th Dorm or Women's 6th Dorm, please fill out the following form: https://forms.gle/tNhvVvoAJBsmB8Ks6. If a space becomes available in the main campus dorms, priority will be given to transferring back.
  • The waiting list will remain active until all applicants have been accommodated. If a bed becomes available in freshman dorms, main campus upper-year dorms, or downtown dorms, students on the waiting list will be notified by email. Please check NTU email regularly for check-in notifications.

The following information is for Main Campus Dorms' residents:

General students receive a subsidy of $5,000 for semester dorm fees, while students from middle-low and low-income families receive a subsidy of $7,000 for semester dorm fees. The subsidy will be directly deducted from your accommodation fee. Please verify whether the fee on your tuition payment form is correct. (If your enrollment status is overseas Chinese or international, but you hold the nationality of the Republic of China, please send a scanned image of your ID card to the NTU Student Housing Service Division.)
  • Students assigned to a dormitory after the new semester starts will have their accommodation fees and subsidies calculated for the remaining weeks of the semester.
  • Those who wish to apply for student loans, please call the Student Housing Service Division (02)3366-2266 to add your accommodation fee to your tuition. After the Student Housing Service Division and Cashier Division have updated your info, please download the new tuition payment form and apply for student loans. You are not required to pay the payment form at the bottom of the page. (If you have already applied for an off-campus accommodation loan, there is no need to contact the Student Housing Service Division.
